Jeff Cashell is the founder of Cashell Consulting Group and a contract management professional with over 27 years of experience across Technology, Defense, Aerospace, and Health industries. What sets Jeff apart is the rare combination of technical contract depth and executive leadership experience, he has done the hands-on work of drafting, negotiating, and redlining contracts, and has led the organizations responsible for doing it at scale.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has worked across virtually every type of contract situation, from complex multi-party government agreements to fast-moving commercial deals, from routine NDAs to enterprise-wide compliance overhauls. He has served in individual contributor roles where the details of every clause mattered, and in VP-level executive roles where he was accountable for transforming entire contract and procurement functions, leading teams, driving out costs, and building the processes that make contracting organizations run well.
